MySpace teamed up with major music recording labels to provide free online music service. The MySpace Music launched today in joint venture with Sony BMG, Universal, and Warner Music. MySpace would generate revenue by selling concert tickets and band merchandise. The MySpace music comes as a fresh air in the already crowded market with major companies such as Apple and Amazon(entered the market recently).
