AOpen Japan announced the availability of its upcoming compact desktop XC Encore OE700 today. The PC uses Smart Anti-Vibration System to keep the noise levels to the lowest. Also, the case is intelligently designed to suppress the noise, which they call Smart Noise Suppression System.
Coming to the specs, AOpen XC Encore PC comes packed with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, RAM up to 4GB, 8X DVD Burner, 7.1 Channel audio, two mini PCI Slots, four USB Slots, Ethernet port, HDMI and DVI video output. The PC weighs about 8.6lbs and ships with either Windows XP or Windows Vista depending on the choice. A Media Center remote control is included with the system.
