The monitor uses Xpol 3D technology, which requires special glasses in order to enjoy the 3D image to the fullest. The Contrast ratio of the panel is 2000:1 and the dynamic contrast ratio is 10000:1. It has 3 HDMI input slots, a headphone slot and stereo speakers with total audio output of 10W+10W. Two circular Polarization glasses will be supplied with the monitor.

The frame is just 23mm thin and can be used as a secondary display by connecting to a PC with USB cable. It has a resolution of 800 x 480, built-in 1GB memory, automatic on-off control, photo slide show function, and multi clock function.

The LCD TV’s are available in the high-end XP03 with Full HD resolution and WP03 series being only HD-ready(1366×768) are available in the sizes 37-inch and 42-inch.

Further there is a XP800 series LCD TVs (35mm thick), which are divided into two categories in the sizes 42-inch and 47-inch with IPS panel and the 32-inch and 37-inch models with IPSα panel. All the models have a 120Hz panel and an internal Hard Disk with storage capacity of 250GB.

Also featuring UltraThin Frame design, Smooth 120Hz Film Motion technology, four HDMI slots, and a USB media port. The high-end version includes an ISP calibration microphone, 1080p 5G 18-bit digital video processing, a wired IR input and a unique design. All the models are expected to hit the shelves next and the price ranges from $1799 to $3299.

Conceived and built with MDEA expertise and precision, this revolutionary immersive sound television features 16 intelligent speakers that direct perfectly balanced audio waves beside and behind the user to reproduce 5.1 surround sound and create an unparalleled entertainment experience. LG introduced the all new W53 SMART monitors will some really “smart” features, like Auto Brightness adjustment, Ambient Light Detection, Cinema Mode that blacks out rest of the screen when playing a video, a Timer, and a Proximity Sensor to activate the controls.

The sizes range from 18.5-inch to 27-inch. Models with sized upward 21.5-inch will have a Full HD 1920x1080p display with 16:9 aspect ratio. Other features include 50000:1 contrast ratio and 2ms response time. These models are expected to hit the stores worldwide later this month.

The connectivity options include two HDMI ports, one VGA port, a 3.5mm audio jack input and output. The Monitor will be available from next month onwards for 26800 Japanese Yen or 292 US Dollars.

LAS VEGAS, NV, January 8, 2009 — Sharp today introduces the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) AQUOS® E Series, including the E77U models and the E67U models, rounding out a lineup of new Full-HD 1080p LCD TVs that bring enhanced picture quality to the forefront. The E Series features the E77U models in 65- (64 33/64" diagonal), 52- (52 1/32" diagonal), 46- (45 63/64" diagonal) and 40-inch (40" diagonal) screen class sizes (LC-65E77U, LC-52E77U, LC-46E77U and LC-40E77U respectively), and the E67U models in 40- (40" diagonal) and 32-inch (31 35/64" diagonal) screen class sizes (LC-40E67U and LC-32E67U respectively).

All E series models employ a new Advanced Super View (ASV) Superlucent Panel for a dramatically bright and crisp picture with reduced haze and reflectivity. Additionally, the entire series boasts a new elegant design with color accents at the bottom of the frame and a newly designed convenient swivel stand.

E77U Series
The E77U Series features Sharp’s Fine Motion Enhanced technology for 120Hz Frame Rate Conversion and a fast pixel response time of 4ms, ensuring the LC-65E77U, LC-52E77U, LC-46E77U and LC-40E77U provide the ultimate medium for high-definition viewing of fast-action imagery.

With Sharp’s new 10-bit ASV Superlucent panel and 10-bit processing engine, the E77U models are able to achieve maximum expression of the Full-HD 1080p picture. The Superlucent panel applies an ultra-smooth finish that minimizes gloss while intensifying panel brightness and contrast. The ASV panel with Spectral Contrast Engine XD (Extreme Dark), UD (Ultra Dark) on the LC-40E77U, provides a high dynamic contrast ratio, enabling deep blacks and vibrant colors, and a special dejudder feature results in the smooth reproduction of film content.

Two components of the Spectral Contrast Engine, Optical Picture Control (OPC), which automatically adjusts luminance to room brightness and lighting conditions, and Brightness Preservation picture processing also make these models very energy efficient. In fact, all models in this series exceed the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® certification requirement by at least 15%.

Not only does the E77U series provide a stunning picture, but it also features a new design sure to complement any decor. The black cabinet blends elegantly into to a soft champagne gold hue that accents the bottom of the frame, befitting both modern and traditional design schemes. Like the E77U models, the E67U models include energy saving features with Sharp’s OPC and adhere to the new ENERGY STAR® standards. The E67 models also boast a new design, with a subtle copper hue at the bottom of the cabinet and swivel convenience.

The LC-32E67U also comes equipped with advanced gaming features to satisfy video gamers looking for superior picture quality.
