LaCie is famous for its sleek designs in the external HDD and cool-looking USB hubs. Its new LCD display is no less. LaCie’s latest offering is looking very professional. The 720 model is a 4:3 display with resolutions of 1600×1200, while the other two models 724 and 730 are wide-screen models with 16:10 aspect ratio. The 724 runs at 1920×1200 resolution and the 730 series, the top in the line puts the other HD models to shame with a resolution of 2560×1600.
The top two models boars a contrast ratio of 1000:1, 6ms response time, 14-bit gamma correction. The displays are able to reproduce 125 percent of the NTSC gamut, which gives a crisper and colorful display.
