Samsung’s all new HL61A750 LCD TV comes packed with excellent features and yet the price is less than $2K. There are lots of options for picture optimization and connectivity.
The Design:
Arguably the best in its class. It has the glossy black finish with a thin bezel surrounding the edges of the screen. The remote is cool too, it also comes in a glossy black finish minus the backlight. There is this apple style round dial on the remote which is meant for navigating the menu.
The Features:
Samsung HL61A750 is a Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 generally known as 1080p. Viewers will be able to enjoy the full 1080p experience when seated close to the display, about 7-feet would do.
There are several picture modes available such as dynamic, standard, and movie mode, which are default factory settings. There is a detailed settings menu for other adjustments such as xvYCC color, dynamic contrast, black adjust, edge enhancement and the LED adjust for for adjusting the black levels.
Connection wise, there are 3 HDMI slots, 2 input slots for HD signals, S-Video for SD signal, VGA input(PC connectivity).
All in all HL61A750 is an excellent package.
