HP replaced the Mini-Note 2133 with the all new 2140 featuring Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor and 10-inch widescreen with extra-sharp 1366×768 resolution.
The aluminum design though, remains unchanged and the keyboard occupies 92% of the width of the Netbook. Storage has been upgraded as well, the options include 160GB hard drive or 80GB SSD.
Also, number of operating system options has been provided with the choices including SuSE Linux, FreeDos or Windows Vista Home Basic or Home Premium.
HP is planning to sell the Mini 2140 for a base price of $499 from later this month.
