Asustek has announced its Core i7 processor and X58 chipset based gaming PC, the Asus ROG CG6190 today.

With Intel’s new found Corei7 processor and the X58 chipset running together, the desktop delivers an amazing turbo mode boosting the processing speed in 3D gaming applications up to 52% faster(with an over-clocked Core i7 processor).

The Asus ROG CG6190 comes with up to 12GB of DDR3 RAM, support for either an NVIDIA triple-SLI GPU or ATI CrossFireX and a SupremeFX X-Fi audio card. Everything is neatly packed in a cool eye-catching chassis powered by liquid cooling modules, and a unique 2KW dual power system that takes care of all the power needs.

No details on the pricing are available yet.

Another Intel Core i7 release, after Dell, now its the turn of Alienware to join the Intel Core i7 party with its Area-51 X-58 gaming desktop. There is an option to select from Corei7 920(2.66GHz), Core i7 920(2.93GHz) or the Core i7 Extreme Edition(3.2GHz) processors.

Other Specs include a 2GB ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 Graphic cards, up to 2TB of Hard Drive space, an optional dual-layer Blu-ray Burner. With that kind of specs, Area-51 X-58 Desktop is really for the serious gamers out there. The Basic version starts at $1650.

Dell’s Intel Core i7 based desktops, XPS Studio and XPS 730x are up for sale now. The XPS Studio is an Entertainment PC priced at 950$ boasts 2GB memory, 256 MB ATI Radeon HD 3450 graphics card, and 500GB of storage, while the high-end model is priced at 1500$ comes with a 512MB ATI Radeon HD 4850, 6GB of RAM, 750GB Hard Disk and a 24-inch Flat panel monitor.

Another model Dell XPS730x intended for the gaming audience comes packed with Intel Core i7 processor, 6GB of DDR3 memory, updated thermal monitoring system and chassis(for keeping the PC cooler while extreme gaming), you can opt for either an ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB graphics card or NVIDIA GeForce GTX280 1GB graphics card. The base config system is priced at 2600$. All the systems ship with Vista Premium Home Edition.
