MSI Wind U110 comes with a 1.6GHz Atom Z530 processor, Intel Menlow chipset and ATI Mobility Radeon HD3200 Graphics. MSI claims the battery life of U110 to be 9 hours, although it remains to be seen what it can do in the real world. There’s no mention on price or availability yet.

The aluminum design though, remains unchanged and the keyboard occupies 92% of the width of the Netbook. Storage has been upgraded as well, the options include 160GB hard drive or 80GB SSD.

Also, number of operating system options has been provided with the choices including SuSE Linux, FreeDos or Windows Vista Home Basic or Home Premium.

HP is planning to sell the Mini 2140 for a base price of $499 from later this month.
