The screen can be rotated and can be used in portrait and landscape modes. The phone is primarily made for viewing videos, mobile TV and Internet Surfing.

The phone also has a 3MP camera and is selling for 500 Korean Won(app. 580 USD).

Design:

The LG-W2252TE looks more like a TV than a monitor, its shiny black bezel design is quite attractive. The on-screen menus for adjusting colors and brightness is very simple.

Features:

All the features are standard features that comes in a 22-inch monitor, max resolution of 1680×1050, DVI and VGA Sockets.

All in all, LGW2252TE is a nice eco-friendly product, It would have been much nicer if LG had not used plastics in packaging.

The monitor would go on sale later this month.

P.S: If you are still on a CRT monitor, don’t think twice to buy this monitor. If you have a LCD monitor, stick to it until it dies.

LG is official marketing partner for a Hollywood flick “IRON MAN”. At CTIA 2008, LG unveiled a special edition IRON MAN phone resembling the main character of the movie. The phone, however is not made with iron, the phone is constructed with 18k gold and is based on LG Shine model. The specs will be same as that of LG Shine. The phone is limited to 100pcs, and will be given away in an online drawing.

LG Viewty is the Successor to LG Prada with similar looks but with amazing features. The handset measures 103.5 x 54.4 x 14.8 mm and weighs just 112 grams.

Viewty bores a 3 -inch TFT touchscreen with haptic feedback. The user interface is made of simple flash when combined with haptic feedback, it gives a intuitive and captivating mobile experience. The highlight feature of the phone is definitely the 5 Megapixel camera

with Schneider-Kreuznach lens, that offers auto focus and video recording at 30 fps and QVGA at 120fps. As far as connectivity is concerned, the phone feature a tri-band GSM, HSDPA(3Mbps), GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth withA2DP, USB 2.0, WAP 2.0. Also, there is a second camera which is used for video calls.

The Music player can play all the common formats like MP3, AAC, WMA. The video player is capable of playing 3GP MPEG4. Memory is 170MB in-built, less when compared to the Viewty’s rival phones like iPhone and N96. Its backed up by a microSD slot though.

XPION R10 Series comes packs in an Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 (2.66 GHz), 2GB DDR2 (800 MHz), 500 GB SATA II hard drive, GeForce 8500GT with 512MB of built-in GDRAM3 and a Super Multi DVD Writer. The system can be upgraded to 3GB of RAM or Intel P35 Express Chipset.

XPION S10 series is a powerful version with Intel Core 2 Quad processor, 720GB SATA II hard drive, 2GB RAM, Geforce 256MD of GDRAM.

The systems doesn’t come with a monitor.

LG to launch two new monitors in Korean market, the W52 series(model: W1952TQ and W2252TQ). The monitors feature LG’s trademark 10000:1 contrast ratio and incredible 2ms response time. The design is pretty good with black lacquered finish.

The monitors are very good for watching videos and especially for playing games. The only drawback is the 4:3 aspect ratio.
