The Thumb Key is in fact a microSDHC card reader that can be connected to PC via USB socket. The microSD card itself can be removed and used with a mobile phone. It is compatible with all the major operating systems and is available in 1GB/2GB/4GB/8GB capacities in white and black colors.

Price ranges from 1800 Yen to 7300 Yen(19$ to 76$) depending on the capacity.

Toshiba unveiled a 16GB microSDHC card which will be put into mass production from January 2009 onwards.

The SD-C16G should be enough to store your entire favorite music collection with that much capacity. Toshiba is also introducing Class 6 SDHC models, SD-F16G and SD-F08G that are 16GB and 8GB cards respectively, very soon. No price details yet.
