<p>You have to pay a whopping $400 for a lower end drive made of Li-Shui wood. You can choose the wood material, drive capacity and the engravings. The Lan-Xue costs $100 more than the Li-Shui variety. The transfer speed of the drive is pretty decent at 18MB/s reads and 15MB/s writes.</p>

<p>Lan-Xue  based drive costs 490$ for 80GB and $550 for 16GB</p>
<p>Li-Shui based drive costs $390 for 8GB and $450 for 16GB</p>

<p>The super-light S-Series is the slimmest of all the series which is just 7.5 mm thin. It comes with a 2-inch QVGA LCD Screen with quick response times for playback at up to 30 frames/sec. The interface can be customized with 10 pre-installed wallpapers or you upload your favorite photo.</p>
<p>The battery life is up to 40hr for video playback(30hr with noise-cancellation enabled)&#160; and 10hr for video playback.</p>

<p><strong>The E-Series:</strong></p>
<p>The E-Series is meant for high-quality video and audio playback. The E-Series models are format-friendly, they can play the ripped tracks, music store downloads and rights-managed video clips. Non-DRM files can be dragged and dropped from the online music services to the Walkman players directly. The battery life is up to 45 hr for audio playback and 8 hr for video playback.</p>
<p>Both S and E-Series supports Open Platform, means more choices for the file types. </p>

<p>The entry-level B-Series Walkman players is meant for only audio playback with high-quality sound of course, The players can be able to play mp3 and wma formats.</p>

<p>Kenwood added two new Portable players to the already popular Media Keg Series. They come with internal memory of 1 and 2 GB&#8217;s. Design wise nothing changed. The new players also comes with a monochrome screen. But the big-one is the playback time. The device has an incredible playback time of 21 Hours.</p>
<p>The form factor of the device is very good with dimensions of about 38 x 92.5 x 12.5, and weighs about 38 grams.</p>
<p>The player comes with 6 Equalizer modes and USB 2.O compatible.</p>
