The company demonstrated the LCD’s which are primarily intended for business usage and for presentations in the organizations. All the five models are branded under the name TS Series which includes 320TSn(32″), 400TSn (40”), 460TSn (46”), 700TSn (70”) and the 820TSn (82”).

The display can be used as a POS terminal or as an information display.

Samsung today announced the launch of its touch-screen cell phone namely Samsung Behold (SGH-t919) on T-Mobile. The phone boasts some nice premium multimedia features such as 5 MP Camera and Camcorder with flash and auto-focus, high-resolution 3-inch LCD display with a resolution of 240×400 Pixels, touch-screen display with Haptic Feedback.

The Samsung Behold Cell phone is now available through T-Mobile for $150 with a 2-year service agreement.

There are 4 HDMI sockets, three at the back and one on the side.

Other features include WiseLink for photo, music and video playback from a USB drive, InfoLive for viewing news, weather and stock market data based on RSS feeds from yahoo. Being a Series 8 product, this product is pretty close to the high-end televisions from Samsung and is going to be a solid performer.

It has got a 10.2 inch screen, which is unusual for a Netbook. But, there is no need to be worried about the battery life coz, Samsung claims the battery life to be up to 8 hours with the 6-cell battery.

It comes with an Intel Atom Processor, 80 or 160GB regular Hard drive, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet ports, 1.4 MP web cam, and 3.5mm headphone jacks. There is no option for selecting an OS, you have to be happy with the Windows XP which comes preloaded. The weight 1.33kg is a little on the higher side, which is understandable, since it comes with the regular mechanical hard disk. All in all, its a good-looking laptop with decent specs and a decent price.

The Design:

The phone’s black styling is  impressive, in spite of its power-packed features the phone manages to stay considerably slim at 4.19-inch tall, 2.12-inch wide and 0.68-inch deep. The phone sits quite well in the hand and the slider is steady. The keypad is spacious and well designed.

The Features:

The square button in the middle acts as a touch-pad, there is a small cursor on the screen that can be controlled by sliding the finger over the square OK button.

Samsung Innov8 comes with an 8MP camera and a large flash. The other features include, FM Radio, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth, an Accelerometer, microSD Slot, 16 GB internal memory, A-GPS, and a music player.

Samsung is on a roll with back to back releases at CeBIT 2008. After the OLED TV, its time for the world’s largest LCD TV measuring 82 inches. There are other big Televisions, but all are plasma’s. With this television the company has quit its trademark technologies such as PDP and DLP and invented a new technology called Super Patterned-ITO Vertical Alignment(S-PVA), that provides extra wide viewing angles. Further, the panel ensures 1200:1 contrast ratio and 8ms response time.

The LCD TV is designed for corporate use and it comes with built-in computing capabilities, an AMD Athlon 64 bit X2 3400+ 1.8GHz dual core processor, 4GB flash hard drive, 512 MB DDR2 Ram, ATI Chipset, and Windows XP operating system.

OLED TV’s are the future, earlier we have seen the Sony OLED TV with a 11 inch screen. The Sony OLED is in the market selling at a price of $2500. Now, the 11 inch screen is no good for a TV, Samsung showcased its first OLED TV with a 31 inch screen at CeBIT Exhibition. Samsung didn’t release any info on the specs and release date. but if rumors are to be believed, the TV is going to hit the market in the next year with contrast ratio of 100000:1, 0.1 ms response time and life span of 35,000 hours.

Soon Samsung will start shipping its world’s first 500GB hard drive Spinpoint M6 that is just 2.5 inch slim and a DVD burner SH-S223 that enables burning of data at 22X speeds. The Spinpoint M6 is a mobile hard drive that consists of three platters, each 167 GB, packed in a 9.5mm case. The hard drive is suitable for high end notebooks and slim PC’s. The hard drive meets the Microsoft’s fast boot design, comes with 8MB cache. It runs at 5400rpm and transfers data at 3.0Gbps.On the other hand SH-S223 is a DVD burner is capable of writing data at high speeds even on a low-speed media, users can write at 22X speeds on a 16X DVD. It takes just 4 minutes(app) to burn a 4.7GB DVD, this is done with the help of over-speed performance feature.
